Last Friday we went to our first Bee's game of the year.
Ellie is starting to understand baseball. We where sitting behind the home plate and there where lot of foul balls. She kept thinking every time someone hit the ball that it was a foul ball.
She had her mitt out and was ready to catch one... But none of them came to her.
The game was tied and ended being 11 innings. So the fireworks didn't get started till 11pm. Ellie managed to stay up and wait for them. She has already asked to see more. We are going to have to take her back a few more times this summer. Maybe she will be able to catch a foul ball next time.
